We recommend the following actions. Remember this isn’t a lead who has said “Yes, I want to buy a car right now.” This is a business that has shown interest by opening the email and clicking your links.  

Some ideas to get more sales: 

• Assign the company to a specific fleet salesperson have them call a few per day. 
• Send out three more emails over the coming month with that salesperson’s photo and contact information. (We can also send these emails as part of your program)
• Sales can look at each company’s details
  • How are they using their vehicles (SIC Codes)?  Construction? Delivery?  
  • Look up their company website
  • What brands do they typically buy? 
  • How can your brand’s vehicles fit in? 
  • Can your dealership provide service?  
  • Note the age of the vehicles.
  • Are they likely out of warranty?
  • Does your dealership have any specials that might be relevant to their company?
  • Connect on LinkedIn or Facebook
  • Make an introductory email and call directly from the salesperson.
  • Stay in touch consistently - notes, visits, invites to a fleet event or dealership tour.
